WHAT TO EXPECT: 

• First time students arrive BEFORE the start of class. 
• Classes are 90 minutes.
• Be prepared to work hard and sweat.
• The room is hot by intention.
• Wear comfortable clothes.
• Bring a large towel, washcloth, water and a sticky mat. Mats may be rented UNTIL you purchase one.
• Pregnant Students (after the first trimester) are welcome. Postures are modified within the regular class.
• Please no perfume or cologne in our fragrance-free studio.
