Class Information

WHAT TO EXPECT:

First time students arrive BEFORE the start of class. The door is locked at the start of class
Classes are 90 minutes.
Be prepared to sweat the room is hot by intention.
Wear comfortable clothes.
Bring a large towel, water and a sticky mat. Mats may be rented UNTIL you purchase one.
Pregnant Students (after the first trimester) are welcome. Postures are modified within the regular class.
Please no perfume or cologne in our fragrance-free studio.
