The cost is $100.00 (includes a 90 minute Bikram Beginner's Class. Half price for Certified Bikram Yoga teachers. These seminars are conducted in a normal temperature room (not hot). In seated comfort you learn in-depth about the postures and your own practice. This clinic will take your practice to the next level and your teaching a new level of confidence.
