Be on time for class.  If you arrive at 9:30 for a 9:30 class, you are late.  We start on time.  We locked the door at the start of class.  Come early and get settled on your mat BEFORE your class.

UPCOMING POSTURE CLINICS:

Posture Clinics listed below are all-day seminars.  The cost is $100.00 (must be pre-registered or $125.00 the day of the seminar).  The cost for Certified Bikram Yoga teachers is ONLY $50.00.  These seminars are conducted in a normal temperature room (not hot).  In seated comfort you learn in-depth about the postures and your own practice.  You can ask questions and get corrections.  This clinic will help you take your practice to the next level and your teaching to a new level of confidence.  You apply what you learn in a 90-minute class after 6 hours posture clinic.
